Kiss Daniel Finally Reacts To Being Sued By G-Worldwide

One of Nigeria’s finest musicians, Anidugbe Tobiloba a.k.a Kiss Daniel has reacted to the news of being sued by his former record label, G-Worldwide.

Kiss Daniel, who quitted G-Worldwide to start his own personal label, FlyBoy Incorporations, FBI remained optimistic that his ordeals will end up in a sweet victory having heard of the news of G-Worldwide’s move to stop him from floating his own label.

G-Worldwide claimed they had sought and been granted a court injunction stopping Kiss Daniel from floating his label accusing him of breaching contractual obligations. They also sought a court order stopping Kiss Daniel from continuing to use his stage name after leaving their fold.

There were many reports that filtered in while Kiss Daniel was under G-Worldwide about the many restrictions he faced which were tagged as the reasons why he never featured any artiste from another record label in his album nor featured in any song made by an artiste outside of the label.

Despite his many restrictions, Kiss Daniel has stood tall as one of the very few who make good music in the industry and has been dubbed as one artiste whose best is yet to come.

The 23-year old musician who had many hits under the tutelage of G-Worldwide appeared to be warning his former record label of getting embroiled in any saga with him as he wrote;  “Oluwatobiloba Daniel Dhikrullah Anidugbe this is gonna be a sweet victory for you young man #Nodo#warning #sense”

Kiss Daniel’s issue will not be the first if such as it had once happened to former Chocolate Music-signed talented artiste, Brymo when he was accuser of a breach of contract after deciding to leave the label thereby causing a lenghthy court case which had since been settled.

Another artiste whose career was almost destroyed by a protracted court case was talented rapper Vector who also left his former record label over contractual differences before being witch-hunted and severely disturbed by the case before the issue came to an end after over a year of court sessions.
