Drake Opens The Fring’s Restaurant in Toronto

Drake took his love to food to a whole new level. The Canadian rapper has reportedly opened a restaurant in his hometown of Toronto. Called The Fring’s and located in the old Crush Wine Bar space at 455 King West, the stop is helmed by super-chef Susur Lee.
The odd name is a Breaking Bad reference and a nod to the local serving of half-fries, half-onion rings. While the menu for the restaurant is yet to be disclosed, the visitors should expect wild fusion cuisine as this is the specialty of Lee, who most recently opened the China Center in New York’s World Trade Center. He also owns three restaurants in Toronto – Lee, Luckee, and Bent, which is run by his two eldest sons, Kai and Levi.
Of course, Drizzy attended the opening and served as a DJ. Among the guests were his mother, his reported girlfriend Serena Williams, Jaden Smith, Jada Pinkett-Smith and many more.
