Ok, guys, it’s safe to say this year the hip-hop industry resembles a Deathmatch in Unreal Tournament. It’s everybody for themselves, taking shots at unexpected opponents. Who would have even thought Meek Mill will start a feud with Drake, or Joe Budden will go against Eminem and Royce da 5’9”? The latest rap artist who went wild for a second and issued serious jabs at two of his colleagues is Jay Electronica.

Surprisingly, this time around Jay Elec didn’t take to Twitter for a lengthy online rant. He was on stage at XOYO in London when he openly dissed Drake and J. Cole. First, he got at the Toronto native.
“Jay Electronica is the God of Hip-Hop. You might be the 6 God, but I am the God,” he told the audience.”Then Jay played Skepta’s “Shutdown,” before taking a second shot at J. Cole.
“I’m sorry but J. Cole ain’t got bars like this. I’m sorry, whoever your favorite rapper is, they all know that I’m the God.”Wait, didn’t Elec remix Drizzy’s “We Made It” with Jay Z back in March, 2014? Also, didn’t he bring out Jermaine at the Brooklyn Hip-Hop Festival just a few months later?
