Jay Z created his own account on Instagram over the weekend just to pay tribute to the late King of Pop, Michael Jackson. Joining the social media website out of the blue, HovSince96 quit it 14 hours later and returned to his typically quiet online presence.
On Saturday, the mogul published a photo of him and Jackson with the caption, “Happy Birthday to the King! This may be my first and last post.” In the meantime, music industry executive Michael Kyser, a friend of Jay Z, uploaded a photo showing Hov posting his first Instagram post and encouraged everybody to follow the rapper.
Jay’s account, was ultimately deactivated on Sunday morning. Below you will find the only pic he shared.
