Yesterday was a huge day for Chris Brown! Hate him or love him for his controversial public image, he remains one of the most talented R&B artists of our generation and his artistry were celebrated hours ago when he received a plaque for 10 million albums sold worldwide.

The crooner took to Instagram not only to publish snaps of the framed award, but also to reflect on his achievements so far. Not only has he sold 10 million copies of his 6 solo album around the world, but he has also pushed 60 million singles on a global level. If we review his online stats, he boasts 3.5 billion YouTube views and 2.3 billion audio streams worldwide. When it comes to his prestigious awards, he put strong emphasis on his only Grammy award for “Best R&B Album” for F.A.M.E. and the 14 BET Awards he has nabbed throughout his career. Last but not least, he bragged about his 19 #1 hits and being the #1 Rhythmic radio airplay artist for 2012 and 2014.

Evidently, congrats are due! Don’t forget his upcoming seventh studio album Royalty is coming out this fall. Also, keep in mind November 29th will mark 10 years since the release of his debut self-titled LP.
